You provide our customers with the best possible insurance advice and then arrange the necessary insurance (s). Preparing and checking quotes and processing changes is no problem for you. Relations can come to you with questions and thanks to your service-oriented approach, you ensure that they are helped quickly and accurately.
Your main responsibilities are:
• You act as the primary point of contact for customers with questions about both private and business insurance.
• You oversee the entire process of insurance applications and take care of both commercial and associated administrative tasks.

You work accurately and organized, are supportive and anticipate the needs of our customers. Like us, you attach great importance to personal contact with relations and with your colleagues.
In addition, you have:
• An MBO level of work and thinking;
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Wft Basic and Wft Private Diplomas;
• You have a verbal and written command of the English language.
And you certainly have an advantage if you also have:
• Knowledge and experience with ANVA and AWI;
• Business Wft Diploma
