What you do

as an office insurance advisor at Van Loon

In your position, our relations can come to you for questions and advice in the field of business insurance. With your service-oriented attitude, you ensure that our customers are helped quickly and accurately. You have a responsible role with commercial and partly administrative tasks. You have professional knowledge of products on the market, so setting up the right quotes and processing changes is no problem for you. You are also responsible for correct policy processing and insurance portfolio management. Your most important tasks?

• You are the first point of contact in the field of business insurance;

• You monitor the entire insurance application and thereby take care of the administrative activities;

• You ensure correct policy processing and are responsible for good portfolio management.

What you bring

The position of Business Insurance Office Advisor is versatile. Within this complex environment, you work accurately and in a structured way. You are helpful and always have an eye for the customer. You also like to actively think about how you can do your work better or more efficiently. In addition, you have:

• A higher professional education level of work and thinking;

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;

• Wft Basic Diploma and Wtf Personal & Business Claims;

• Wtf Income Diploma is an advantage.

• Knowledge of codes of conduct, agreements, regulations and business regulations.
