Van Loon Group takes over van der Fluit

After fifty years of Van der Fluit in the 's-Hertogenbosch region, the office now continues within the Van Loon Group. Patrick van der Fluit thus concludes a chapter. Due to his health, Patrick stops working for the family business that has been built up over the past fifty years.

Van Loon takes over

Van der Fluit: “I look back on a great time and am proud of what my father and I have been able to build over the years. I am very grateful to our relationships who have relied on me for many years and to colleagues I have been able to rely on. Due to my health, I unfortunately have to make the choice to take a step back. I am very confident handing over the office to my valued colleague Marcel van Loon.”

Positive about the future

Bart de Gouw, member of the Van der Fluit management team: “As we move forward within the Van Loon Group, we are certainly looking positively to the future. We have already worked together a lot, including from the Central Proxy Company. Now, together with the team at Van Loon, we will further develop our company so that our customers can continue to rely on us now and in the future.”

Locations already transformed

Marcel van Loon, owner of the Van Loon Group: “We have experienced up close how Patrick was affected by his health. The offices in Den Bosch, Empel and Breukelen were already transformed into real Van Loon branches at the beginning of this year. This immediately ensures that colleagues get the Team Van Loon feeling and can benefit from our strong organization in the short term, including the central marketing activities, extensive automation and all the knowledge and skills of the Van Loon colleagues.”
