Making an offer without a reserve of financing can be risky. If the mortgage is ultimately not approved, the buyer must pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price, a significant amount. With Bieden met Zekerheid, you are insured against this, even as an entrepreneur, so that your financial risks are reduced.
With Bieden met Zekerheid, you will receive a certificate stating the maximum amount up to which you can buy a home. This allows you to make a bid responsibly and a (bank) guarantee is quickly provided, which offers the seller extra certainty that the sale will go ahead. As a buyer, this makes you stand out more among the many other bidders and increases your chances in the housing market.
Together with one of our mortgage advisors, you will discuss your financial situation in detail and agreements will be made about the maximum mortgage amount. Based on this conversation, an accurate calculation will be made, based on your income, that guarantees that you can get a mortgage up to a certain amount. As a result, you know exactly up to what maximum amount you can make a bid.
Once you've found your dream home and want to make a bid, we can request the Secure Bidding Certificate for you. This also requires a valuation of the home via an online valuation.
